To All Our Valued Customers,
CSN BC Collisions continues to monitor developments in these uncertain times as they evolve. COVID-19 presents many challenges for our industry and on-going communication is the key to successfully managing the risks together.
We are a family-owned and operated company and as a family business we care deeply about our employees and want to do everything in our power to keep them safe. We have taken steps to keep all of our team informed as to best practices regarding recommended hygiene protocol to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 Virus.
CSN BC Collisions appreciates the important role that our staff plays in delivering quality and service to our customers. As of the date of this correspondence, our technicians and office staff continue to work to support our customers with as few as possible delays or shortages in terms of parts, materials and supplies.
We are committed to monitoring the situation closely and will keep our customers informed. Until we receive notification from public health officials we will continue to operate with some slight modifications:
We ask the only one customer at a time be present in our reception area.
We will be asking our customers who are feeling unwell not to attend our location and those customers who have traveled outside the country to respect the 14-day self-isolation period.
If you are unable or feel uncomfortable to deliver your vehicle to our location, we may be able arrangement to pick it up from your residence within the greater Vancouver area.
If you require an estimate of a minor “fender bender” you will have the option to take photos of the damage (we will guide you through this process) then forward them to us to prepare an estimate which will eliminate physical contact for both of us.
